This notice describes how POWER-IT collects, uses and protects personal data of users of the website www.power-it.tech, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.
1. Data controller
The data controller is POWER-IT, registered office Via Lodovico Settala 1, 20124 Milan, Italy. Email: info@power-it.tech. VAT: registration in progress.
2. Data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data only when the user voluntarily provides them via forms:
- Identification data: first name, last name, role, email, phone
- Professional data: venue/company name, address, city, type of activity, capacity, footfall
- Message content: free text the user chooses to provide
- Aggregated technical data: pages visited, visit duration, browser, OS (collected anonymously via Plausible Analytics)
We do not use profiling cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
3. Purposes of processing

4. How we process data
Data is processed via automated tools for the time strictly necessary to the purposes for which it is collected. We adopt technical and organizational security measures to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorized access (HTTPS, strong passwords, restricted team access, encrypted backups).
5. Data sharing and transfer
Data may be shared with:
- Authorized POWER-IT personnel
- IT vendors as data processors (e.g. Netlify for hosting and form management, Plausible for aggregate analytics, Google Workspace for email)
- Judicial and public security authorities, when required by law
Some vendors may transfer data outside the EU/EEA; in such cases we ensure appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Your rights
At any time you can exercise the rights provided by Articles 15-22 GDPR:
- Access to your data
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure (right to be forgotten)
- Restriction of processing
- Objection to processing
- Data portability
- Withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal)
- Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it)

7. Changes to this notice
POWER-IT reserves the right to update this notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to mailing list subscribers. The current version is always available on this page with the last updated date.
